Observation: Thumb tacks, push pinss and staple pins are in use to affix posters and bulletins throughout the premises. Do not use any push pins/thumb tacks or staple pins in areas where any food products, utensils, dishes or take out containers are also being stored or handled.
E.g. Bread was found stored underneath the bulletin board .
Corrective Action(s): 1. Do not use any push pins/thumb tacks or staple pins in areas where any food product, utensils, dishes or take out containers are stored or handled ( Immediately).

2. Replace the missing cover for the light fixture located above the clean pan storage shelves. ( Immediately).

Observation: Build up of mould and debris noticed on some shelves in the walk-in cooler as well as on the light fixture.
Dirt build up noticed on some ceiling tiles in the back prep kitchen.
Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean the dirty shelves and the light fixture in walk-in cooler ( By Nov. 24, 2018).
Clean all dirty ceiling tiles.

Observation: Gaps were noticed in between the ceiliing tiles and some light fixtures especially in the back prep kitchen.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to re-adjust all ceiling tiles so that kitchen surfaces are not exposed to dust from space above the ceiling tiles ( By Nov. 25, 2018)
