- Hand washing station is equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Coolers are at < or = 4C
- Freezers are at < or = -18C
- Hot holding units are at > or = 60C
- High temperature dishwasher in use. Final rinse temperature reached 74.6C at the plate level.
- 200 ppm Quat sanitizer is available in buckets with wiping cloths. Ensure the sanitizer is changed regularly to ensure the concentration is maintained.
- Most food containers are covered with lids
- Ice machine is clean. Ice scoop is stored in a sanitary manner.
- No signs of pests observed during inspection
