*Follow-up inspection was conducted 1) Main cook line & ventilation hood --> Pressure washed. Sanitation was improved --> Remove excessive grease build ups as needed --> The operator will pressure wash the main cook line at least once every 2 weeks. 2) Dishwasher @ 50 ppm Cl detected --> The sanitizing log was kept daily since the previous inspection --> The sanitizer hose will be replaced every 4 months 3) The fish tank was cleaned. Algae and molds were cleaned off. --> Clean the fish tank every 2 weeks. 4) The undercounter freezer was cleaned. --> Clean the bottom of the freezer every 2 weeks.
