Routine Inspection Conducted

Observations:
- General sanitation is good during inspection
- All coolers at or below 4'C
- All freezers at or below -19'C
- No hot-holding on site
- All food observed covered and stored at least 6 inches off the floor
- Equipment observed stored covered
- Handwashing station at 3-compartment sink adequately supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- High-temperature dishwasher measured at 75'C at plate surface (above minimum required final rinse temperature of 71'C)
- Bleach available on site
*Reminder: ensure bleach sanitizer is prepared at a concentration of 200 ppm chlorine concentration in a labelled spray bottle by mixing 1/2-1 teaspoon of bleach with 1L of water during food preparation
- No signs of pests during inspection
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff available on site
