Observation: A faucet for the 2 compartment sink is leaking.
Broken bin for dry goods on the shelf (the customer service area) with food debris around.
Corrective Action(s): Repair the faucet.
Remove/replace a broken bin; clean all food debris around.

General sanitation is acceptable but required attention at several areas (please see violation sections).
Hot and cold running water at the 2 compartment sink and in the staff washroom - available;
Note: Display front cooler for vegetables at 7.0 C;
Note: Walk-in cooler on the border line above 4.0 C (the door for the walk-in cooler is opened at the time of inspection because of restocking.
Freezer - satisfactory.
Food mostly off the floor.
Bleach sanitizer - available near the 2 compartment sink.
Bulk bins had proper lids at the time of inspection.

Recommendation:
- Keep boxes which front of the display cooler off the floor (e.g., pallets).
- Scoops for dry goods must be stored safely.

Note: No potentially hazardous food in the display cooler (front);
Note: If you prepackaging mushrooms ensure that plastic bags have perforation (be inform that bacteria can multiply in bags with no air) or keep it refrigerated;

Note: The Sun Farm Wholesale Ltd store at 109 -8910 120th St, Surrey is closed (a sign is posted on the door that it is closed).
Food is relocated to the open nearby store - New Sun Farm Produce.
