- Undercounter dough coolers: left unit temperature was 2.6 C, right unit was 2.8 C. (Required: at or below 4 C)
- Pizza prep table items were under 4 C: garlic in oil, bacon, diced tomatoes, and cheese when checked with probe thermometer.
- White 2-door dough cooler at 2.0 C
- Walk in cooler at 1.0 C
- Front self serve beverage cooler at 4 C
- Freezers, 2 stainless steel upright, at -18 and -19 C (required: at or below -18 C)
- All coolers and freezers were equipped with accurate thermometers.
- Probe thermometers available and temperature logs recorded digitally

- Handsinks in kitchen and staff washroom were equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
- Staff observed washing hands properly and at adequate frequency
- Staff attire was satisfactory, hair nets work.
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained Staff onsite (expiry: May 9, 2027

- High temperature dishwasher measured 81.2 C after final rinse (required: at or above 71 C at the plate level)
- Surface contact sanitizer buckets (x4) Stored on the ground. Solution changed every 2 hours.
- QUATS in sanitizer buckets and dispenser achieved 200 ppm with the test strips. QUATS strips available
- In-use utensils (scoops, bowls, pizza cutter) cleaned and sanitized every 2 hours
- Utensils and equipment stored clean and on dry racks and in containers in a sanitary manner
- Drying racks, shelving inside and outside coolers/freezers were clean

- Hood vents, ceiling tiles and floors were clean
- Lights in coolers/freezers and in hood vent above pizza oven were in shatter proof casing
- Mop buckets stored in a sanitary manner, no standing water.
- Chemicals stored separately from food.
- Food in coolers and dry storage are covered and off the ground
- Dough mixer cleaned and sanitized after use.
- No signs of pest activity observed during inspection
- Pest control company contracted. Staff unsure of frequency of visits, records could not be located.
- Three compartment sink has hot and cold water and 3 drain plugs
- Health permit posted at front.
