Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Liquid soap not supplied at front hand sink near service area. Liquid soap was replaced with a bar of soap. Staff placed liquid soap in the dispenser during time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Bar of soap can harbour bacteria and cause cross-contamination and is not as effective at removing microbes as liquid hand soap. Liquid hand soap must be available at all handsinks at all times to ensure staff is able to adequately wash their hands prior to handling food and to cross-contamination.

Routine Inspection Conducted

Observations:
- All freezers measured at -18C or less
- 2-compartment sink available with drain plugs
- Handsink in staff washroom supplied with soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water
- QUATS sanitizer bucket measured at 200 ppm QUATS concentration with test strips
- General sanitation of premises is adequate during time of inspection
- Janitorial area well maintained and organized
- Chemical storage kept separate from food storage
- Storage area is well-organized and equipment is stored in a sanitary manner
- No signs of pests during time of inspection
- FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent trained staff on premises during time of inspection
