Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer initially dispensing 0ppm chlorine in sani cycle due to not priming the line after changing out an empty sanitizer container.
Corrective Action(s): Once properly primed to remove air in the line, a residual of approx. 60ppm detected in final rinse. Rewash utensils as instructed.
