- Coolers were less than 4C
- Walk-in freezer (for restaurant use) is less than -18C
- Handsinks in dish area and in washroom is supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- Glass washer dispensed 12.5ppm during final rinse cycle at the glass surface
- No evidence of pest activity noted at the time of inspection
