General observations: Tall drinks coolers (x4) were 4 degrees Celsius or less. Small drink cooler was not in use. Ice cream freezer was -21 degrees Celsius. Chest freezer was not in use. Food storage and display practices appeared satisfactory. Hand wash area stocked with liquid soap and paper towels. All sinks equipped with hot and cold running water. Plain, drip coffee available through self-serve is available. Disposable cups are used. General sanitation was satisfactory. No signs of pests.
