- Premises built as per plan. Minor finishing of painting wall in front service area, and installing linoleum + coving in back storage area.
- Food Safe certified staff present, HYE JEONG (Francesca) KIM
- FSP + SP approved. Cheque for permit fees ($112.50) collected.
- Bulk candies have adequate tongs.
- Scooped ice cream station set-up and scoops to be stored in freezer or washed after use
- Foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves.
