Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): metal racks for storing clean cups and mugs are not in sanitary condition. Cups and mugs are stored upside down so that the lips of these items touch the metal racks directly. Rusted and damaged racks must be cleaned/replaced to eliminate any potential contamination.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to either clean/re-paint the racks and perform regular cleaning/maintenance or to provide a different storage surface that can be easily cleaned and sanitized.
