Correction: Ensure slicer is thoroughly wiped down & sanitized after each use. To be corrected immediately

Freezer has been moved at prep line to allow for access to hand washing sink. Liquid soap and paper towel provided at hand sink
Slicer has been cleaned and sanitized
Scoops have been removed from food inserts and will be stored on ice in an insert
Discussed mop sink set up - in the interim a metal sheet has been put in place to protect equipment and area has been organized. Operator to work on installed a more permanent solution (i.e. stainless steel, wall with FRP board, etc). To be completed by next follow up inspection.
Sanitizer spray bottles have been temporarily labelled, labels have been ordered
Discussed cleaning under deep fryers
Cleaning at dishwashing area has been completed - silicone to be replaced
Appropriate paper towel provided at bar - be sure to provide a stand
All dry goods are in sealed bins
Additional freezer storage provided in basement area
