Coolers are at 4 C or colder with the exception of the new large 2 door upright cooler in the main kitchen which is at 4.8C. This cooler was adjusted during inspection. Check to make sure that the temperature goes down to 4 C or colder. Recommend that you provide an accurate thermometer for inside this cooler to monitor food temperatures as well as checking the outside thermometer.
Temperature records are being kept. New coolers are also provided in the downstairs food storage room - good.
Hand washing station has liquid soap and paper towels.
Dishwasher has a chlorine sanitizing rinse.
Quats used for food contact surfaces.
