Note: Some dust accumulation noted around fans in walk in both walk in coolers however all product in coolers was prepackaged. Clean this area for good sanitation practices. Other observations: √ Coolers ≤4°C, Freezers ≤ -18°C √ Food up off floor on palates which were in good condition √ Bleach sanitizer available √ General sanitation and maintenance is satisfactory √ No signs of pest infestation noted.
