Comments

Overall premise is very clean and organized.
Walk in fridge is 10 Celsius at time of inspection; however no perishable foods are in this fridge. Fridge was only turned on for a short time before inspection; so possible that it has not come down to temperature. Ensure that it is less than 4 degrees Celsius before it is used for any perishables.
Small fridge is 4 Celsius. Good.
Hand sink is stocked and working.
Dishwasher reached 74 Celsius at plate level on first try. Good.
No sign of pests.
Recommend installation of tight-fitting screen door to prevent pest entry.
