Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two small containers of surimi (crab meat) were observed to be stored at ambient temperature. Internal food temperature: approximately 12 to 14 degrees C. It was stated by staff that surimi / crab meat was left out at ambient temperature for approximately one hour.
Corrective Action(s): Above-noted items placed into coolers at time of inspection. Ensure cold potentially hazardous foods are stored at 4 degrees C or less to limit the growth of potential pathogens and/or toxins.

Bleach water sanitizer available in labeled spray bottles and labeled containers at 100 to 200 ppm chlorine. Chlorine test strips are available on site.
No scoops were observed within food products.
Food (including dried mushrooms noted on previous report) was observed to be covered.
