- Quats sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm
- Facility was in production at time of inspection
- Coolers were measured to be at or below 4C
- Freezers were measured to be at or below -18C
- Ventilation canopy was observed to be clean at time of inspection
- Production equipment to be cleaned at end of day
- Pest control in place

*Interior of walk-in freezer requires cleaning.
