ITEMS CORRECTED:
- Back area cleaned and organized. All contaminated food items removed and disposed of
- Meat slicer in good sanitary condition
- Walk in cooler unit had been thoroughly cleaned. All items up off floor. Shelves had been stripped of food debris build up.
- No food items observed to be cooling outdoors, unprotected and on electrical transformer
- All containers for food storage have been thoroughly cleaned
- Walls have been painted and cleaned
- Shelves have been painted and cleaned
- Walls have had stainless backsplash installed
- Shelves have had shelf liners installed
- Dishwasher functional - 50ppm Chlorine observed and test strips available for use
- Ice Machine has been cleaned and sanitized
- New screen door installed
- Rodent droppings have been cleaned - no evidence of rodent droppings during inspection
- Second hand sink in dumpling area has been repaired
- Wood has been covered or alternatives have been found (plastic trays and plastic cups for dumpling freezing)
- Light covers have been replaced
- No evidence of poison in restaurant during time of inspection
- Washroom handsink adequately supplied
- Overall sanitation has improved drastically - EXCELLENT WORK

ITEMS TO BE CORRECTED:
- Food items uncovered in various cooler units - these items are to have lids
- Floor has cracks in tile and missing pieces of tile - repair floor where tiles have been broken as food is now able to accumulate in these areas
- Caulking surrounding dishwashing area is black with mould - remove mouldy caulking and replace with new caulking
- Personal cell phone found in plate - have designated shelf for staff to place personal items
- More shelf liners to be installed - aluminum foil is not a long term solution
- Food items found at room temperatures during inspection - these food items should not be left out to thaw or to be used during lunch rush. Obtain additional cooler units.
- Freezer unit will need to be replaced in future as interior is deteriorating beyond repair .
