Ensure wiping rags in use are stored in reservoirs of sanitizer, 200 ppm Quaternary Ammonia. Dough mixer water dispenser hook nozzle stored in a sanitary condition on designated wall mount. Cleaning around bakery pallet storage completed. Mouse droppings not observed in previously affected areas.
