Introduction

A scheduled routine inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP).

All areas of the facility were inspected for compliance.

Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

At the inspection dated November 5, 2020 there were 0 children and 1 staff present. No contraventions were noted during today's inspection. As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool was completed.

The following education/recommendations were provided:
-COVID-19 strategies discussed
-COVID-19 Resources provided
-COVID-19 Assessment form completed

Signature not obtained as report was written offsite and sent to Manager/Licensee via email.
