Routine inspection: - Walk-in cooler not in use at this location. This plant only process live order. - Walk-in freezer functional. - 3 compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. - Hand washing stations provided with hot / cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. - ZEP Alcosan used to sanitize food contact surfaces. - High temperature pan washer not in use anymore. Manager stated manual dishwashing and cleaning in place is currently being used. - Equipment washed and sanitized at the end of each shift. - Professional pest control company contracted. Reports available for review. - General sanitation satisfactory.
