Observation: Dishwasher is dispensing 0 ppm chlorine - sanitizer is not being pulled up by pump.
Corrective Action(s): Repair dishwasher so that it is capable of dispensing between 50-100 ppm chlorine during the rinse cycle.

*Note: Kitchen is rarely used and single-use dishes and cutlery are used. Ensure dishwasher is repaired prior to being used. Manual warewashing method (wash, rinse, sanitize) is also used.

- Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels

- Food storage practices good - all food stored off the ground and covered
- General sanitation satisfactory
