On Follow-Up:
-Paper towel dispenser has been re-installed at the front hand sink
-Operator will follow-up with supplier re: rice cake pH and Water Activity.
-Manager from previous inspection is registered to retake FS level 1 tomorrow. Have a copy of his FS certificate on-site.
-Pull out drawer cooler temperature is at 4 degC
-A couple of the freezers are being used as fridges. Temperatures are below 4 degC
-Dry storage room is organized
-Thermometers are available in coolers
