Routine inspection: Hand sink at front not in service. Replacement part has been ordered. In the interim, staff are washing hands in the back area hand sink. Back area hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. 3 compartment sink available for use. 3 beverage coolers at or below 4 degrees C. Back area glass door cooler at 4 degrees C. Upright freezer at -18 degrees C. Chest freezer at -20 degrees C. When in operation 100ppm bleach sanitizer solution to be prepared and available for use. No hot holding at time of inspection. No hot dog or slushie service at this time. Temperature monitoring records maintained and available for review. Permit posted in plain view of the public.
