Many improvements made. Previous infractions corrected: Ready to eat foods in walk in freezer has been moved to dessert freezer Food is protected from contamination and no longer stored on the floor Sanitation in noted areas have greatly improved. Continue with diligent cleaning to keep up with grease and dirt build up. Attention still needed in racks of walk in cooler, dry storage area floor ceilings. Walk in freezer ice has been removed and unit has been repaired. Temperature of frozen goods measured at -18.2C. FPR walls condition have improved and cleaned Rear screen door still need replacing in the next couple of months
