Routine inspection: no changes to operation, warehouse for importing and distribution of prepackaged food products. No repackaging is done at premise. Both walk in freezers at or below -18 degrees C. All food products stored off the ground on shelves or pallets. Lighting is adequate in the warehouses. General sanitation is satisfactory. Roof leaks noted. Operator aware and is in the process of having them repaired. Pest control services in place. Traps setup throughout the premise. Reminder to follow recommendations of pest control technician on cleaning spills, debris, dirt etc. and to close roll down doors after shipments are received or trucks go out for delivery.
