Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Unapproved Food contact surface sanitizer (vinegar) was used in spray bottle at time of inspection.
**Correct during inspection** Instructed staff on how to mix 100 - 200ppm bleach solution at time of inspection.
(1/2 tsp unscented household bleach to 1L water).
Emptied vinegar bottle and mixed 200ppm bleach solution during inspection.

1. Ensure bleach sanitizer is available whenever kitchen is in operation. Write mixing instructions onto bottle.
Do not mix soap or other chemicals into bleach sanitizer as mixing chemicals may cause health hazards.

2. Purchase and use chlorine test strips (10-200 ppm) to verify sanitizer is correctly mixed.
