Observation: Brewing manager noted a rodent issue previously which facility increased pest control visits to weekly until problem is controlled. Rodent droppings from previous problem observed in staff washroom and along wall to old tasting room.
Corrective Action(s): Remove droppings, sanitize areas, and monitor.
