Hand wash sink supplied with liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers.
Operators use the hand sink in washroom or at 3 comp sink instead since dredging flour is stored under paper towel dispenser.
Bleach 50ppm in spray bottle, add a few more drops of bleach to ensure it is 100ppm (completed during the inspection).
Hot holding unit was not used at the time of inspection.
Operator had just finished hot food service. Additional Taco Tuesdays meat perogies added and fruit flavour stuffing perogies added on weekend.
Freezers <-18C.
Fridges <4C.
Operator using new clamp style perogie maker, machine is in good condition.
Ventilation fan is not greasy.
Flour and other dry ingredients are stored covered on racks.
No signs of pests at the time of inspection.
