Prep cooler inserts (the prep cooler across the cooking line) were now at 3-4 deg C. Probed various food items (cheeses, sauces, cut tomatoes) and all were <4 deg C. The lid of the prep cooler top was closed at time of inspection. Temperature logs maintained.
Handsink in corner (in soft serve ice cream area) had liquid soap and paper towels. The previous liquid soap container that was hard to squeeze and dispense soap has now been replaced by an easy to squeeze soap dispenser pump.
