Follow up inspection to Rpt 245694 The following has been corrected: Mice droppings have been removed at both storage areas. The following still requires correction: After several runs of the dishwasher; the final rinse temperature did not reach 71C (160F) at the plate level. Temperatures at plate level varies from 65.6C to 68.7C Temperature gauge read between 185F to 187F Corrective action: Service the dishwasher to ensure final rinse temperature reaches at least 71C at plate level. In the meantime, use the 3 compartment sink with 200 ppm of QUATS to sanitize dishes.
