Follow-up inspection conducted: - Technician was on site at the time of the inspection. Dishwasher parts have been replaced. Leak has been repaired. Final rinse cycle had 74.3'C measured at the plate level. - Professional pest control company was contacted for a full inspection. Inspection report from Saturday to be emailed to the health inspector. More traps were set throughout. Cracks/holes were resealed. - Foodsafe level 1 certified staff present on site. Ensure to have at least one additional staff (Manager- R) register for Foodsafe level 1 as agreed at this time. Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
