Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Scoop bowls (with no handles) stored inside four buckets containing dry food product. Scoops with no handles stored in contact with food product can lead to cross-contamination of the food product.
Corrective Action(s): Staff had removed all the scoops with no handles from the aforementioned containers.

Temperatures
- All cooler units registered a temperature of <= 4 deg C
- All freezer units registered a temperature of <= -18 deg C
- No hot holding observed at the time of inspection

Sanitation
- All hand washing stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Low-temp dishwasher available for mechanical ware washing. (Note: this unit is new, previous dishwasher was high temperature)
- Mechanical dishwasher registered at 50 ppm chlorine and a temperature of 53 deg C on the plate surface
- 2 compartment sink available
- Sanitizer buckets with wiping cloths registered at 400 ppm QUATs. Reviewed concentration of sanitizer solution with operator
- General sanitation is satisfactory
- No sign of obvious pest activity

General
- FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent requirement met

- Note: Dough mixer unit is out of service. Operator indicated it will be replaced by supploer
