Introduction

An unscheduled inspection was conducted on April 6, 2021 to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP). All areas were inspected for compliance. A Covid-19 Risk screening assessment was completed with the facility prior to this inspection.

Observed Violations

No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

At the inspection dated April 6, 2021 there were 8 children and 1 staff present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. As part of this Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool was completed and a copy was provided. Licensing conducted a walk-through of the entire facility. The following discussions were had with the Licensee: · Criminal Record Checks · Covid-19 prevention strategies were reviewed · Physical Facility -Entrapment spaces · Health & Hygiene The information contained in the report was discussed with the Licensee and Licensing stated that the report will be emailed to the facility.
