Both line coolers have been repaired. Cooler on left side (closest to kitchen entrance) had ambient air temperature of 2.1 deg C, and all foods in inserts were probed to be at between 1-2 deg C Cooler on right side (against the wall) had ambient air temperature of 4 deg C with foods in inserts probed to be between 3-4 deg C. Take temperature logs daily so that you can verify each day whether your coolers are functioning properly at <4 deg C. Correction order rescinded.
