Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Small portions of bacon, eggs and rice observed stored on counter after lunch rush at room temperature for less than 1 hour. Temperature of food was between 7C to 11C.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all potentially hazardous foods are stored at 4C or below in coolers when not in use to prevent growth of pathogens. Food left out for more than 2 hours above 4C will have to be discarded.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Meat slicer was observed to have over night food debris on and in it. The meat slicer was not washed and sanitized after use. This is a potential health hazard as bacteria can grow and contaminate food.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to always wash and sanitize all equipment after use. Do not leave the machine over night to be cleaned the next day.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing station did not have paper towels.

Observation: 1. Old food debris and grease observed in hard to clean areas such as under shelving, behind freezers, on racks, and under cooking equipment.
2. Accumulation of garbage and garbage bags near meat slicer station. (CORRECTED AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION)
Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure to clean and sanitize work areas to remove old grease and food debris. Clean daily to prevent build up. Correction required in 1 week.
2. Take out garbage regularly to not accumulate garbage in the kitchen.
