Bottles are kept covered in pallets before use to prevent contamination. Quaternary Ammonium sanitizer is used. Ozone and filtration system in use. Employees are wearing gloves and hair nets. Employee training discussed. No evidence of pests, pest control reports reviewed. General sanitation was satisfactory.
