Farmhouse building:
- Domestic refrigerator at 2 degrees C (required: 4 degrees C or less). Thermometer in place.
- Upper freezer unit of refrigerator at -18 degrees C (required: -18 degrees C or less).
- Limited food storage. Food is protected from potential contamination. Dry storage food items are generally stored in containers with lids.
- Probe thermometer available for internal food temperature checks.
- 2-compartment sink available with hot and cold running water, two sink plugs.
- Hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels in place for hand washing.
- Bleach water available. Note: Bleach water caused test strip to "bleach out" (concentration greater than 200 ppm chlorine). Bleach water sanitizer was re-made at 100 to 200 ppm chlorine. A ware washing poster with sanitizer preparation instructions was provided to staff.
- Counter top ice machine in clean condition. Scoop stored outside of ice machine.
- No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection.

Stewart Hall:
- Domestic refrigerator at 1 degree C. Thermometer in place.
- Upper freezer unit of refrigerator at -17 degrees C.
- Chest freezer at -28 degrees C.
- Minimal food storage. Food is protected from potential contamination.
- Domestic dishwasher with sanitizing cycle available (with indicator light).
- Hand sink is supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
- Bleach water sanitizer was prepared during inspection and measured at 100 to 200 ppm chlorine. Note: Kitchen was not in use at time of inspection. Ensure bleach water sanitizer is always available when kitchen is in use.
- No signs of pest activity observed in kitchen area. Note: Few pest droppings observed outside of food storage area (mechanical room)--activity does not appear to be recent. Ensure noted areas are properly cleaned.
- Pest control on site on a weekly basis.
