Comments

-Upright cooler was at 3C.
-Upright freezer was at -18C.
-Accurate thermometers present in both cold holding units. Temperatures are checked and recorded daily.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 75C on the dish surface on consecutive cycles (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-General food storage practices satisfactory at the time of inspection.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until February 19, 2023.
