General sanitation - satisfactory. Back hand wash station was fully equipped with hot/cold running water, paper towel, hand soap. All the coolers (walk in, display, upright) <4C. All the freezers (walk in, display, upright) <-18C. Digital temperature log available and up to date. Quats sanitizer at 3-compartment sink = 200ppm. No bulk food for sale in the store during COVID pandemic. Randomly checked nuts BBD, satisfactory. Randomly checked canned food, no dents or swollen cans. No pest activity observed during inspection. Randomly checked baby formula. BBD satisfactory. Recommendation: Sugar spill observed during inspection, please clean spills as soon as possible. In the milk display cooler, milk jugs were overstocked at the time of inspection. Please keep products within loading line.
