302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): (Repeated violation) QUATS sanitizer in the 3rd compartment sink was measured at 100 ppm as per test strips. On site staff was directed to refill the basin. New batch of QUATS sanitizer was measured at 200 ppm. Ensure QUATS sanitizer is tested routinely to ensure a correct concentration is dispensed as per manufacturer's direction. Corrective Action(s): Violation Score: 5

Hand washing station was equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. 3 compartment sink was equipped with drain plugs Cooler was measured at 4C Ice machine is in sanitary condition QUATS sanitizer spray bottle was noted at 200 ppm General sanitation is adequate No sign of recent pest activity at the time of inspection. Temperature log is available and was up-to-date Chemical storage was adequate. Staff with valid FOODSAFE level 1 was on site.
