Follow up inspection to the report #258760: Vegetable dicer observed to be in a sanitary condition. Low temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle measured at 50 ppm at the plate level. The front hand sink was not obstructed at this time. Food storage practice is adequate. General sanitation is adequate. A floor tile near the ice-machine has been replaced.
