Observation: 1) Several containers are left uncovered in the coolers.
2) Frozen meat is poorly wrapped and mixed with other food items in the reach in freezers.
3) Cooler handles, shelves, and seals have build up of food debris and grease.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all containers have tight fitting lids to prevent spillage and cross contamination.
Food in freezers must be stored safely to prevent cross contamination. Separate raw meats from other frozen ingredients.
Deep clean the facility and regularly clean and sanitize high touch surfaces such as cooler handles.

Routine inspection conducted.

Temperatures:
All coolers are functional and maintaining at least 4C.
Freezers are maintaining -18C or less.
Bean sprouts were held in ice water measuring at 4C - Good
Thermometers are available.

NOTE: temperature logs should be maintained to monitor temperatures of all cooling units.

Sanitation:
Low temperature dishwasher achieved 50 ppm chlorine at the dish surface after the final rinse cycle.
Bleach sanitizer spray bottle contained 100 ppm chlorine residual.
Hand washing sink is equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and disposable paper towels.
General sanitation is fair. Deep cleaning is recommended.
Storage practices are satisfactory.

No pest activity noted in the food handling areas.
