Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): *REPEAT* (Since August 2023) Prepackaged products (deli meats) observed tob e overstocked in bunker cooler. Products read >4°C at time of inspection.
**Corrected during inspection** Manager pulled peroducts off cooler when informed. Stocking staff will need to be educated on importance of not overstocking, air curtains, and vents.
