Follow-up Inspection: Walk-in cooler has been repaired and temperature is now measured at 1.1 degrees Celsius. Start a temperature log for the walk-in cooler to monitor the temperature daily. Code 306 from routine inspection (report #AJON-B4XRL4) is still in effect. Follow up in one week for the cleaning. Closure Order Rescinded - Facility is now permitted to be open for operation.
