Observation: Storage room - 2 door upright cooler - debris on compressor fan cover, door seals

Back kitchen - mouse droppings on floor behind upright cooler / back door and under rice cooker counter.

Front service area - mouse droppings on floor in far left corner under display cooler, on lower shelf by safe, and on top of front service counter by point of sale.
Corrective Action(s): All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all build-up of food and debris from surfaces.

Areas affected by pest activity must be sanitized with dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine 1 tsp bleach / 1 liter water) after cleaning.

Area by point of sale was cleaned and sanitized during inspection.
