Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher tested at 0ppm chlorine at dish level.
Corrective Action(s): Staff set up third sink to be used as sanitizer sink. Tested at 200ppm chlorine. Soak dishes for two minutes. Continue to use this practice until dishwasher/sanitizer is in working order.
