Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front hand sink out of paper towels, back hand sink blocked by empty boxes.
Corrective Action(s): Paper towel roll changed at the front hand sink, boxes moved in the back and sink cleaned as it looked like it had not been used in some time. Do not block handsink and always ensure an adequate supply of paper towels are on hand.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Walk in cooler very disorganized. Sauces being stored without lids under raw meat.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure sauces are being stored above raw meats and seafood. Possibly store all sauces on one rack, all seafood on another and raw meats on a 3rd rack.
