Summary of Inspection:
At the inspection dated December 23, 2019 there were 5 children, the manager and 1 staff present.
At this inspection no contraventions were identified.
No action required by the licensee or Licensing
As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool was completed and a copy was provided.
The following discussions /recommendations were provided:
· Discussed systems to ensure storage is stored safely, hand washing practices and ensuring a quick access to information for allergies and care plans
· Reportable Incident Reporting (bulletin provided)– ensure connection with a Licensing Officer when providing notification to Licensing within 24 hours, if you cannot reach your LO please contact the Duty Line 604-587-3936
· Non-Licensed programs are being offered (3 hour program with parent participation & 1.25 hour Preschool aged programming which includes a single art activity each day)- Parents are made aware that these are not licensed programs.
